Nabyond Ltd operates the www.cartdna.com website, which provides the SERVICE. CartDNA is the Trading name of Nabeyond Ltd.
Payment Terms
Free Trial Availability:
CartDNA Shopify Payment Gateway Applications are available for free trials in a test environment.
Activation Fees:
The initial application licensing fee, as specified in the invoice, must be fully paid before activating the gateway in live mode. Customers must complete all required information in the merchant portal and agree to our terms before activation. Application Licence fees are none-refundable once applications are activated.
Monthly Transaction Fee Invoices:
- Invoices are typically generated at the end of each month based on success transactions going through our applications using % fees mentioned on app licensing fee invoice.
- However, we may issue invoices earlier if transaction volumes exceed allocated limits or to minimise exposure to transaction fees.
- All invoices must be settled promptly. Failure to pay may result in account suspension, leading to the disabling of associated payment gateway applications until outstanding payments are made in full.
Application Non-Transferability:
Payment gateway applications are linked to a specific Shopify subdomain as stated in the invoice. Once activated, applications cannot be transferred to another Shopify subdomain.
Transaction Fee Obligation:
By using CartDNA Shopify Payment Gateway Applications, customers acknowledge and accept the % transaction fee associated with each successful transaction. Timely payment of transaction fees is mandatory.
Automatic Payment Collection for App Transaction Fees:
- Transaction fee Invoices and detailed breakdowns are sent prior to payment collection. Customers can raise any discrepancies or arrange manual payments before the automatic payment collection date.
- Payments will be collected automatically using saved customer payment methods three days after invoice issuance, if manual payment is not arranged by the customer.
- Customers are responsible for keeping payment methods updated via the Stripe/Merchant customer portal. Feel free to contact CartDNA support team if you require any assistance accessing these portals, any clarifications or any other payment assistances.
- Failure to collect payment at any time will result in the account being placed on hold. The account will only be reactivated once all outstanding invoices are paid in full.

Customers can contact the CartDNA support team for any clarifications or assistance related to payment collections. WhatsApp/CartDNA
Cancellation Policy:
- Shopify store owners can deactivate or uninstall payment applications via their Shopify settings at any time.
- All transactions processed before deactivation must be settled before terminating the CartDNA agreement.
- To formally terminate the agreement, email info@cartdna.com. Once all dues are cleared, the account will be closed.
